What’s on your playlist?

I know this blog is about books, but hey, sometimes we need to chat about other things. Like music! That is my other passion. What do I listen to? Pretty much anything depending on my mood. Country, Contemporary Christian, Today’s Hits, Rock, Alternative, 80’s Hair Bands, and so on.

I am the type of person that finds a new song and listens to it over and over, sometimes 5-6 times a day.  If you follow me on twitter you will notice that I post “songs of the day” every so often or quote song lyrics. I am pretty much listening to music all day while at work, while I am cleaning at home or while in the car.

Lately, I have been feeling particularly emotional, so the song below called Only God Could Love You More from Jerrod Niemann has really been a favorite or mine. It reminds me a lot of the romance in the books I like to read. Enjoy! So, what’s on your playlist today?

Great song! I don’t have a playlist! I’m on the computer most of the day, and music distracts me.

Hi Edie – I can understand how music can be distracting. If I am too busy to listen to the lyrics/music, I turn on classical music to sooth me and it helps me work. I have a tough time not having anything on in the background.
