Teaser Tuesday & Giveaway: THE MARRIAGE MATCH by Tracy March

*Update – Congratulations to Julie for winning a copy of The Marriage Match!*

Happy Tuesday! Today we are going to have some fun. Tracy March is providing us with a teaser to her new book – The Marriage Match – that comes out next week and is also giving someone the opportunity to win a copy! Nice, huh? I can’t wait to get my hands on this book. I have loved all of Tracy’s books so far – her sweet contemporary romance and her sexy romantic suspense. The Marriage Match falls in the sweet contemporary romance category.

About the Book

Title: The Marriage Match (Suddenly Smitten, #3)

Author: Tracy March

Publisher: Entangled Bliss

Release Date: January 19, 2015

Category: Contemporary Romance

Book Summary:

Hot bachelor seeks bride…

Resort tycoon Trent Hawthorne is looking for a wife. His all-business, no-nonsense grandmother (and the matriarch of the small town of Maple Creek) has selected three potential brides–all beautiful and approved. Each “fantasy date” will take place in a lush Caribbean setting, filmed like a reality show to promote the Hawthorne family’s chain of resorts. All of Trent’s hopes for love combined with a clever marketing gimmick…what couldpossibly go wrong?

As it turns out, all it takes is a kiss. A sizzling, sweet-as-sin kiss. But Cynthia Sawyer isn’t one of the bachelorettes, and she’s definitely not supposed to be making out with her boss’s sexy grandson. Not to mention it’s strictly against company policy. But Cynthia has her own reasons for hooking Trent up with a bride who isn’t her as soon as possible. And losing her heart is a price that she’s willing to pay…

Teaser from The Marriage Match

“This has to be the best day ever,” Cyn said.

“It’s only going to get better.” Trent’s sultry gaze met hers and lingered, sending a shiver through her and goose bumps rising on her skin.

Had that been for her or the camera? The lines had started to blur for Cyn, and that could be dangerous, just like her view. Glimmering in the sun, water droplets beaded on Trent’s shoulders and drizzled seductively past his pecs and across each cut ab. Cyn’s gaze followed a droplet along its path, mesmerized, until it soaked into the top of his swim trunks. Climbing the falls had given her an every-angle view of him that had kept her motivated all the way to the top.

  1. Tracy March

Thanks so much for featuring THE MARRIAGE MATCH today, Amy! And no, I wouldn’t like my dates to be filmed for anything! I don’t know how anyone could possibly be themselves under that kind of pressure, and I tried to work that dynamic into Cyn and Trent’s story. Happy reading, everyone! 🙂

    1. Amy

Anytime, Tracy! The story sounds great, so I can’t wait to read it next week when it comes out. 🙂

  2. Nicole Smith

I would never have my dates filmed. I’m way too camera shy

    1. Amy

Thanks for stopping by, Nicole! I feel the same way!

  3. Michelle S.

Although I wouldn’t want a date taped for everyone to see, pretty much first dates are awkward, this would make it uncomfortable so, the book itself sounds like a really good read. I like Tracy’s writing style and I don’t doubt this would disappoint!

    1. Amy

Hi Michelle – I agree about Tracy’s writing and yes, first dates are awkward.

  4. Jen M.

No, I would not want my dates filmed – I would be nervous enough without a camera crew! Thanks for the chance!

    1. Amy

Hi Jen! Thanks for stopping by. I agree on being nervous enough. 🙂

  5. Shari

I am a very shy person would not do with filming my first date. Loved the part though.

    1. Amy

Thanks for stopping by, Shari! It was a great teaser, huh?

  6. jwjwhiteley

No, dating is nerve wracking enough as it is. I wouldn’t feel like I could really be myself if the cameras were rolling. But, that’s just me. I’m pretty introverted. However, the premise of this book sounds delicious.

    1. Amy

Hi Julie – I agree on both accounts. 🙂

  7. caisiesmom

No way, I’m way too awkward… mind you it’s been a long time since I’ve dated.

    1. Amy

Hi caisiesmom! Yeah, me too. I can’t even imagine dating with Facebook and Cell phones. Ha!

  8. auntiemissmaria

I would never allow any of my dates to be filmed, I enjoy my privacy way too much! The book sounds wonderful, Tracy!

    1. Amy

I agree auntiemissmaria! Some things are private and should stay that way. 🙂

  9. del227

I could never ever film my date Yikes! Looking forward to reading this book 🙂

    1. Amy

Thanks for stopping by, Delene. I can’t wait to read it either!

  10. Winnie

There’s no way I’d allow my dates to be filmed. I’m way too shy.

    1. Amy

Hi Winnie! Thanks for stopping by. I so agree with you. I haven’t met anyone yet that would.

  11. Sandy Bartles

I love Tracy’s books and can’t wait to read this one. And no, I don’t think I could ever let anyone film any dates I went on. My husband definitely wouldn’t approve!

    1. Amy

Hi Sandy – I know right? (About can’t wait to read Tracy’s book).

  12. Ada

Hi Amy and Tracy! Thanks for sharing the excerpt, sounds like a fabulous read! While there’s a certain guilty pleasure in watching someone else’s dates on shows like the Bachelor/Bachelorette, I would never want any of my dates filmed. It’s just too awkward and invasive since there’s enough pressure going out on dates without having to worry about cameras following my every move!

  13. Anita H.

I can’t even imagine having a camera crew following me everywhere. I’m practically breaking out in hives just thinking about that! LOL. So, I’m definitely in the “no” camp. I’m just not one of those people who can just put themselves out there for all the world to see. I haven’t read any of Tracy’s books, so I’m adding her books to my wish list. Thanks for introducing her new book!
