Review: WICKED BITE by Rebecca Zanetti

Wicked Bite by Rebecca Zanetti is the fifth book in the Realm Enforcers series. It’s a paranormal romance with tons of action, subterfuge, sass, passion, and entertaining from start to end!

Nessa is a witch who wants to mate Bear, a grizzly shifter. He hates witches. Well, except his sister. He doesn’t trust them and with good reason. They are sneaky and always up to something. I didn’t think there was any way that these two characters would come together. They just didn’t match for me. The chemistry was iffy. I didn’t like the way Bear treated her. Neither did Nessa. She was awesome though. She stood up to him when no one else did, which threw him off. Isn’t it a good thing when you can’t predict the book? Zanetti did a great job with Bear and Nessa’s story and I loved it!

My favorite part of the story was the relationship between Bear and Nessa but there is so much more to Wicked Bite than that. Someone is manufacturing and distributing a drug that kills witches and humans. Someone has a bounty on Nessa and so much danger lurks around the corner for Nessa that Bear won’t stop until he finds it and destroys it. I couldn’t help but laugh when all the different groups (vampires, demons, witches) show up on his land to help him out. Bear really enjoys his quiet space and only wants his grizzlies there so it was quite fun to watch.

If you are looking for an entertaining paranormal romance, give Wicked Bite a read!
