If you like “who done its” then Mary Higgins Clark is the author for you. I have read most of what she has written and always find myself intrigued by the number of seemingly unrelated characters she introduces into a novel and yet how she wraps them all up at the end of the book.
Her newest book Daddy’s Gone a Hunting is no different. The book begins with two sisters who are polar opposites in looks and careers and yet bonded by blood and family. A grisly explosion at the family furniture store leaves one seriously wounded and the other looking for answers as to why she was there and if she was involved in setting the explosion.
