Blame it on the Kiss by Robin Bielman was such a fun story to read. It’s that light-hearted, sweet, sexy, contemporary romance that takes you away from reality and lost in a love story. Bielman writes so effortlessly that you find yourself flipping pages and before you know it, the story is over. Her characters are flawed, yet as dreamy as romance characters should be. Blame it on the Kiss is the type of story that will have you wanting to snuggle up against your significant other and improving yourself. It is a fabulous story.

Bryce and Honor are the couple in the story and are quite compatible. Their camaraderie was easy and I enjoyed their interactions. Their affection for one another is easy and light. Bryce was the perfect match to Honor letting the relationship progress at her speed while encouraging her along the way in little ways. The result of the respect this couple has for one another certainly showed in the bedroom. Their physical chemistry is off the charts hot! Bielman provides the perfect amount of show in these intimate scenes to flow with the story.

If you are looking for a fun, take-me-away romance story, give Blame it on the Kiss a read. It will leave you with happy sighs and a full heart. I can’t wait to read the other books in the series!

Review: FALLING FOR HER BACHELOR by Robin Bielman

Robin Bielman’s books are auto reads for me. Her stories are just enjoyable books that are hard to put down. Falling for Her Bachelor is a sexy, hot contemporary romance novel with an enjoyable plot, developed characters, and passionate romance. It was a great book to escape reality for a few hours.

29486423Nick is Marietta’s Navy Firefighter who is a hero that feels like he is anything but. He couldn’t save the people he was closest too and feels he let them down. Cassidy is looking to branch out from her good girl persona and really live a little. But, how can the guy who likes to play it safe in order to spare any more pain also be her leader in adventure?

Bielman does a great job developing these two characters and I was almost as intrigued by each of their individual stories as I was their romance together. From the moment they reunited until the very end I was wisked away on an adventure right along with the characters.

Review

His Million Dollar Risk is quite an enjoyable read. It is book three in the Take a Risk Series but can be read as a standalone. In addition to the well-developed characters, I enjoyed the occupation of the hero, Connor, the dream job of the heroine, Charlie and the overall adventure you are part of. After finishing the book, I really want to travel Route 66 for a road trip!

HMDR_500Connor is not looking forward to taking a  week-long trip with a reporter especially since the magazine in which the reporter is from posted a false article about his mother, so he starts out pretty angry and defensive. Charlie is filling in for her reporter-friend at the last minute and doesn’t really know what to expect. She just wants to prove to her father (head of the magazine) that she can do this job. Things don’t start out too well…

I thoroughly enjoyed Charlie’s character. You just like her from the very first scene. She isn’t perfect, but she makes you forget all the things that have to do in the future and reminds you to live in the moment. Connor is very regimented with his schedule and likes control. Charlie challenges that big time. Slowly but surely, Charlie got through that rough exterior of his and helped him to relax his schedule in a most entertaining way.

Review & Giveaway: KEEPING MR. RIGHT NOW by Robin Bielman

I tend to be a fan of Robin Bielman’s writing so I couldn’t wait to read Keeping Mr. Right Now. Sophie is an amazing young lady with intelligence, a job she loves, and a total lack of self confidence. Presented with a wonderful opportunity, Sophie sets out from Montana to California working as the event coordinator for a surf inspired film festival. Like every other woman, Sophie is blown away by Zane, the sexy surfer with a reputation as a bad boy and lady’s man. Needing to spruce up his image to pursue a position with SHE, Sophie fits the bill perfectly to keep him out of trouble.

Great things happen when the two interact. Sophie builds confidence and gains even more experience for her job. Zane realizes he is better than the negative self image his father left him with. But despite the growing feelings, the question lies whether the two can have something together.
